These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Folkflo Studio’s services, website, and products, including all original designs created by Folkflo Studio. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright
   All designs, graphics, artworks, concepts, and related materials created by Folkflo Studio are the exclusive intellectual property of Folkflo Studio, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All designs are protected under applicable copyright laws. Purchasing a design does not transfer copyright ownership. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for its intended purpose only. You may not reproduce, resell, modify, distribute, or claim ownership of any design without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of any design may result in legal action.
    

2. Permitted Use
   Clients may use purchased designs for personal or agreed commercial purposes and display the design in its intended format. Clients may not resell or sublicense the design, alter it significantly without permission, or use it in unlawful, harmful, or misleading ways.
    

3. Custom Design Work
   For custom projects, all project details, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights will be defined in a separate agreement or invoice. Initial concepts remain the property of Folkflo Studio unless finalised and paid in full. Revisions are limited to the scope agreed upon.
    

4. Payments
   Full or partial payment may be required before work begins. Final files will not be delivered until full payment is received. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
    

5. Refunds & Cancellations
   Due to the digital and custom nature of design work, refunds are generally not provided once work has started. If a project is canceled, work completed up to that point may be billed.
    

6. Limitation of Liability
   Folkflo Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from use of designs. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
    

7. Portfolio Rights
   Folkflo Studio reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials and to credit itself as the original creator of the design. If confidentiality is required, this must be agreed upon in writing.
    

8. Third-Party Materials
   Any third-party assets used in designs remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licensing terms.
    

9. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
    

10. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia.
